Ben Peterson

A seasoned all-rounder, Ben has over 20 years’ experience in a broad range of corporate recovery and advisory work, which includes formal appointments both trading and non-trading. He undertakes business reviews and turnaround work, working with secured lenders, key stakeholders and directors of distressed companies.

Ben has worked on a number of high profile and complex assignments in recent years, including Norton Motorcycles, All Star Leisure and THMG, where each achieved a sale of the business, preserving jobs and maximising the return for the creditors of the companies, and working with the court appointed administrators over the Estate of J D Hanson (Deceased).
