Brendan Martin

Brendan has wide-ranging experience of working with entrepreneurs, corporates and private equity on M&A transactions, corporate strategy and commercial due diligence projects exclusively within the Life Sciences sector.

Brendan is passionate about the life sciences sector, having originally trained as a pharmacist. Since then, he has gained experience through work on some of the larger transactions in the sector and has worked on deals totalling over £5bn in value. He is particularly focussed on supporting founder-led businesses prepare and execute both corporate strategy and M&A.
