Chris Grove

Chris is a Transaction Services partner and a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. The Transaction Services team is a specialist team of Chartered Accountants, focused on transactions in the £20m to £500m range.

Chris joined the corporate finance team in 1995, becoming a partner in 1999, having previously worked within business recovery. Chris has considerable experience of advising Private Equity and Corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side, having worked on over 300 transactions. Chris is the past Chair of BDO’s International Corporate Finance Group and sat as a member of the firm’s Partnership Council for eight years. He was previously the National Head of Transaction Services in the UK and was on the Board of BDO India for three years.
