Craig Martin

Craig is a Partner in our corporate finance team, heading up our Transaction Services offering in Scotland. He joined BDO (formerly PKF) in 2000 and has worked in the UK corporate finance market since 2002, having advised on a significant number of private equity and corporate acquisitions, disposals, re-financings and IPOs.

He specialises in buy-side, sell-side and refinancing due diligence and advises financial and corporate clients across a range of sectors such as support services, TMT, food and drink, real estate/construction, manufacturing and healthcare.

He has been involved in a large number of private equity transactions, as well as in UK and cross border deals.

Craig is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the ICAEW.
