Lewis Winston

Lewis is a Director in CF Transaction Services, focusing on due diligence for acquisitions by private equity and corporate clients (both buy-side and sell-side) and vendor assistance. He has completed a number of transactions while at BDO, working in a variety of sectors and gaining significant experience in deal completion mechanisms, supporting both buy and sell side negotiations.

He has also spent 2.5 years working in the Investment Team at a private equity house, investing in two platform businesses, which has provided first hand experience on how best he can support clients on transactions.
