Phil Hall

Phil is an experienced Tax Partner and has specialised in corporate tax for over 20 years, in a Big 4 firm and a national firm. His experience has involved companies of all sizes from small start up businesses to major multinationals.

Phil has spent much of his career working with large corporates (privately owned and listed businesses). This has involved leading multi-disciplinary teams, frequently cross-border, particularly US and China.

Working in London and latterly East Anglia (14 years in the East Anglia market) Phil has provided tax advisory and compliance services to companies in many sectors, particularly property (investment and development), manufacturing and the care sector.

Phil has ensured that his clients remain compliant with constantly changing regulations and also supported on advisory assignments such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, flotations, etc.
