Talia Greenbaum

Talia has over 18 years of tax experience in both the corporate and personal tax fields. 

She specialises in resolving complex tax enquiries under Code of Practice 8 (cases involving technical disputes and tax avoidance), handling tax investigations under Code of Practice 9 (cases involving serious tax fraud) and dealing with voluntary disclosures using the various electronic disclosure facilities currently available with HMRC. 

Working with both high net worth individuals and mid-size corporate clients, Talia devises effective tax dispute resolution solutions and guides them through their chosen route. Cases typically involve various international jurisdictions and complex ownership structures.

As a CEDR-accredited mediator, Talia has been using ADR to successfully resolve tax disputes for a number of years.
