We want to create a positive working environment and way of working, where our people can thrive, are happy and bring their best selves to work each day.

But we also know we're getting unprecedented requests to pitch for more work, so we're keeping a close eye on that."
Throughout the year we create national wellbeing challenges. In September 2019 we launched the "Chain Challenge".
We tasked our people to work together and “link” the UK network of offices through outdoor cycle challenges and hosting a series of physical, mental and financial wellbeing activities, discussions and promotional events.
In support, Rollapaluza travelled around the UK visiting our offices with their indoor racing and smoothie bikes. Our people were "wheelie" up for it!.
The whole challenge reached a grand finale in Leeds, days ahead of the Road World Cycling Championships that were being held in Harrogate.
