Enabling us to support our workforce to care for their physical and mental health during the global pandemic was non-negotiable."
Throughout the year we create national wellbeing challenges.
More than 100 colleagues joined in the 2.6 Challenge in April, an external challenge created to raise money for those charities normally benefitting from London Marathon fundraising.
BDO people raised £10,000 for the charities. The challenge organisers were so impressed at how BDO got involved – “you smashed it” and “I’ve not seen a business get as stuck in” were their quotes – that they asked us to be a media case study.
