Acquisition of The Little Green Energy Company by Hometree

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence to Hometree Marketplace Limited on its acquisition of The Little Green Energy Company Limited.

Hometree is a residential energy services company on a mission to help millions of UK homeowners look after their homes and transition to low-carbon living. The Group offers renewable installations, finance, servicing and maintenance for home energy hardware.

The Little Green Energy Company specialises in the installation of solar panels, batteries and electric vehicle charging stations in the southeast of England.​ The company’s market proposition focuses on a ‘broad’ renewables solution rather than individual products sold on a standalone basis.
