Sale of Precision Colour Printing by Claverley Group to Hypax

Claverley Group, a long standing privately owned media group based within the Midlands, has continued to diversify from traditional media with the successful sale of Precision Colour Printing ("PCP") to Hypax, an investment firm. Claverley will continue to use PCP for its ongoing commercial print requirements. BDO are long standing financial advisors for Claverley, having supported it with four acquisitions in the last few years and are pleased to have supported with this divestment.
