The BDO Midlands TS team provided vendor financial and taxation due diligence services to LDC in support of their sale of ATCORE Technology Group Limited to Inflexion Private Equity.
ATCORE provides reservation and e-commerce solutions to enable some of the world's largest travel companies to operate more efficiently.
In May 2014, LDC backed the £45million management buyout of Anite Travel Limited (now ATCORE), the travel business of Anite plc. Since then LDC has supported the business to fund product development, expand into new products and markets and to supplement organic growth with bolt-on acquisitions such as the acquisition of Tiger Bay Software in 2015.
