BDO supported the vendors of fast growing Hertfordshire-based managed print solutions provider Mode Print Solutions Limited (“Mode”) in an MBO backed by Connection Capital.
Mode provides hardware, software and service support for printing needs to SMEs across London and the South East and employs 45+ people in Hertfordshire and London. The Company delivers its customers an end-to-end service where both equipment and services are provided directly by Mode under an innovative contractual model.
The two majority shareholders, brothers and founding shareholders, have exited the business allowing a minority shareholder, the CEO, step up his role to lead the business into the next phase of growth.
