£63m sale of Spectre Holding Company to Knight Frank Investment Management

Spectre Holding Company owns Scotland’s largest industrial unit, the Amazon fulfilment centre located in Dunfermline. The facility extends to more than 1 million square feet and was purpose-built for Amazon.

BDO used its extensive real estate experience to advise Rasmala Investment Bank, an alternative investment firm that manages assets on behalf of Gulf based investors, and Kamco Investment Company, an investment bank based in Kuwait, on the £63m sale to Knight Frank Investment Management, on behalf of institutional Korean investors.
