Acquisition of Atek Teknik AS by Coromatic Group AB

BDO advised Swedish based Coromatic Group in the acquisition of Danish based Atek Teknik, a specialist in emergency generators and UPS. Atek Teknik has 60 employees and 2012 turnover of DKK 140m (EUR 18.8m). Atek will complement Coromatic Group’s offering on the Danish market and help Coromatic achieve turnover of over SEK 1bn (EUR 115.5m). Coromatic offers full service solutions within emergency power generation, datacenters, network communication and secure company maintenance.
