Acquisition of C B Financial Services Ltd by Axicorp

AxiCorp, an Australian-owned Forex and Contracts For Difference trader, has announced that it will acquire C B Financial Services Ltd (trading as One Financial Markets), a UK headquartered online Forex and CFD broker. The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals.

The acquisition will strengthen AxiCorp’s presence in a number of key markets including the UK, Middle East and Asia and will strengthen its position as one of the leading CFD and FX providers globally.

BDO undertook a limited scope due diligence review of the target and advised on aspects of the completion mechanism.
