BDO provided vendor due diligence services to Cega Group in connection with their acquisition by Charles Taylor plc. for £29.8m. Based in Chichester and employing 70 people, Cega Group is a specialist provider of travel-related services to underwriters, insurance companies and large corporates in both the public and private sectors. The Group has long established relationships with many blue chip customers. Charles Taylor plc are seeking to develop new professional service lines through the acquisition with Cega providing new customers, and additional technical capabilities.
