BDO provided financial due diligence for the acquisition of Codebase8 Limited by Davies Group Limited. Codebase8 is a provider of robotic process automation (‘RPA’) software and consultancy services, using RPA technology to automate existing processes within its clients’ operations in order to create efficiency and cost savings gains.
