BDO has provided financial due diligence for Fintel plc on the acquisition of Defaqto.
Fintel plc the leading independent provider of outsourced regulatory and business support to the retail financial services market in the UK has acquired Defaqto Limited for £74m, a financial services fintech business that provides independent ratings on more than 43,000 financial products and funds.
