Acquisition of Derbyshire based 4D Rubber Limited

BDO has recently provided financial and tax due diligence to Isotex Rubber Limited on its acquisition of 4D Rubber Limited (“4DRL”) and its wholly owned Sri-Lankan based subsidiary Quality Latex Products Limited (“QLPL”). The Group is a long standing supplier of thin latex sheet and products (both latex and latex free). The transaction was funded by both Santander and Finance Birmingham.
