The BDO Transaction Services team has recently provided financial due diligence services to Air Liquide UK in connection with its acquisition of two Hull-based suppliers of packaged gases, liquid petroleum gas and welding and engineering equipment and consumables. Paris-based Air Liquide S.A. is listed on Euronext and is a multinational group supplying gases and related services to the medical, food, energy, chemical and manufacturing industries and has an established presence in the UK. The deal provides Air Liquide with an enhanced capability in the production and distribution of packaged gases and increased geographical coverage in the UK.
