Acquisition of Flexipol Packaging Limited by Plastics Capital Plc

Plastics Capital has acquired Flexipol Packaging Limited for a maximum cash consideration of £10.6m. The target offers complementary products and customers for Plastic capital’s existing packaging business. There are expected near-term cost synergies from increased buying power for the enlarged packaging business with long-term cross-selling opportunities.
