BDO provided financial due diligence to The Instant Group on the acquisition of Incendium Consulting.
Instant provides alternative methods of office procurement and management, with specific focus on flexible workspace and medium-term lease solutions, employing 250 people in 11 cities around the world. Instant was acquired by Bowmark Capital in 2018.
The acquisition provides an opportunity for Instant to diversify its real estate operations and offer a broader suite of services to a wider client base. Incendium will have access to a global platform and support infrastructure to accelerate organic growth plans.
