BDO has advised on the acquisition of the Lifestyle Dealer Group by Hendy Group, an acquisition which has created a top 20 automotive retailer in the UK. Hendy Group now operates 12 motor franchises at 25 locations in Hampshire, Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Devon, with an annual turnover set to reach £600m. BDO advised Hendy Group on the acquisition, providing M&A advice, transaction services and tax structuring advice on the transaction.
