Quadrant Group Limited has acquired Micro Nav (Holdings) Ltd for an undisclosed sum. The Transaction Services and Taxation teams at BDO provided sell-side transaction support and due diligence to the vendors of Micro Nav. Micro Nav is a leading specialist company developing and supplying air traffic control and fighter control simulators and training systems. Quadrant is a provider of flight simulator services which includes relocations, updates, maintenance and flight training.
