BDO has acted as sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Millennium Dough Company on its sale to Aquilla Food Group.
Founded in 1992, Millennium Dough Company are a leading family-owned London based manufacturer of pizza dough, supplying restaurants across the UK.
Aquilla Food Group (Aquila) are a large growing food group operating across several verticals including Beverage, Fruit & Veg, Dairy, Meat, Poultry and Seafood. The acquisition will allow Aquila to expand its product offering and customer base to help support its overall growth ambitions.
