St Louis-based ESCO Technologies is a global provider of highly-engineered products and solutions to diverse range of end-markets. MPE’s facility and component filter product offerings are considered to be highly complementary to ESCO. The acquisition is expected to broaden the end-markets served by ESCO and expand its reach internationally.
