BDO has provided financial and taxation due diligence services on the acquisition of Ordtek Limited by Venterra Limited.
The Venterra group is a rapidly growing business established to support the offshore wind industry. It is seeking to build a service offering across the offshore windfarm lifecycle and therefore Ordtek's unexploded ordinance survey business is an ideal acquisition in this regard. Ordtek employs a blend of risk management, industry specific learning and geoscience techniques to assess and mitigate the risks posed to maritime sea-bed development.
