Acquisition of Pinnacle Property Limited by Longmead Capital

Longmead Capital, through a Newco acquisition vehicle, acquired Pinnacle Property Limited.

Pinnacle Property Limited owns owns a mixed-use property in Leeds city centre known as “The Pinnacle”. The property covers a 1.46 acre block comprising 147,200 sq ft of office, retail and leisure accommodation together with a 343-space multi-storey car park.
