August equity backed utilities broker, Zenergi Group Limited has acquired Power Direct Limited, a specialist utilities broker to the care industry.

Power Direct Limited (trading as Power Direct) is a utilities broker which was established in 1998. 

BDO provided financial due diligence for Zenergi Group Limited.
