BDO provided financial and tax due diligence for Smiths Group plc on the acquisition of Reflex Photonics Inc.
Smiths Group plc, a FTSE 100 multinational diversified engineering business, acquired Reflect Photonics Inc, a manufacturer of rugged embedded transceivers based in Montreal. The acquisition will compliment Smiths' Interconnect business, which manufactures electronic and radio frequency components.
