BDO provided buy side financial and tax due diligence services to Talent Systems (backed by Caltius Equity Partners) on the acquisition of Spotlight.
Talent Systems was formed to acquire and build companies that provide technology-enabled solutions for casting and audition management process for actors, models and other creative talent. Talent Systems companies include Cast It Systems, a provider of casting solutions to film and TV studios in the US.
Spotlight connects performers with roles in theatre, television and film productions.
The acquisition of Spotlight allows Cast It Systems enter the UK market and provide roles to actors in both the US and UK.
