BDO provided financial due diligence on the acquisition of TaxModel Holdings B.V. by Stripes Bidco Limited, the parent company of Tax Systems Limited, a portfolio company of Bowmark Capital.
TaxModel, a pioneering Dutch company specialising in innovative tax technology, provides innovative Saas solutions developed for tax professionals, servicing more than 300 clients in over 25 countries. This strategic acquisition aligns with Tax Systems' objectives to expand its international footprint, while broadening its product suite to include tax provisioning, transfer pricing and other regulatory reporting products.
The acquisition will enable Tax Systems to accelerate its growth strategy, providing customers with best-in-class tax consultancy software to transform the way they work.
