BDO provided top up financial due diligence in connection with the acquisition of Techex Europe Limited by WestBridge Fund Managers Limited.

Techex is a VOIP and cloud specialist providing expertise and technology solutions to many of the world's top broadcasters including Sky, Discovery, BBC, BT, NBC, Disney, Amazon and DAZN to support live delivery of their core content to over 100 million subscribers daily. 

WestBridge is an independent private equity house that invests in UK small cap buyouts and lower mid-market companies with experience in accelerating growth both organically and through acquisition.  In conjunction with Management, WestBridge will selectively draw on experience to accelerate growth by targeting specific value creation opportunities or leverage investor groups to facilitate business introductions.
