Acquisition of the Stella Travel Group by dnata World Travel

Emirates Group-owned dnata signed an agreement to acquire the Stella Travel Group which includes the brands Travel 2, The Global Travel Group, Travelbag, Sunmaster and Triton Rooms. The transaction was subsequently approved by the European Competition Authority and formally completed in October 2014.
