BDO supported Premier Marinas with financial and tax due diligence services on its acquisition of Amazon Investments Limited and JBT Holdings Limited, owner and operator of the Trafalgar Wharf site in Portsmouth Harbour.
The transaction involved acquiring the Trafalgar Wharf site freehold as well as certain operating businesses, including Europe’s largest indoor dry stack boat storage facility housing 300+ boats, significant commercial shipyard operations which provide bespoke maintenance and refit programmes for commercial vessels and private yachts, serviced offices and a portfolio of other commercial and residential properties.
The acquisition marks continued investment and growth, adding new capabilities to Premier Marinas existing businesses.
