BDO provided financial due diligence and reporting accountant services to Kistos Plc (""Kistos"") in relation to it's acquisition of Tulip Oil Netherlands B.V. (""Tulip"") for consideration of €222.75m.

Kistos is a trading company established with the objective of creating value for its investors through the acquisition and management of companies or businesses in the energy sector.

Tulip owns and operates a number of onshore and offshore exploration and drilling licenses in the Dutch North Sea.
