The BDO Transaction Services team performed financial due diligence on behalf of Canadian private equity firm Ardenton Capital on their first acquisition in the UK. Corbetts the Galvanizers is the UK’s largest independent hot dip galvanizer and serves UK and international manufacturing businesses with a strong market position. Corbetts will use Ardenton's investment to continue to deliver high quality products whilst exploring opportunities to create more capacity within its Midlands operation.
