ICF a global consulting and digital services provider, has acquired We Are Vista (WAV), a leading UK-based creative communications agency. WAV has developed campaigns for well-known brand names in the technology, financial, retail, transportation, telecommunications and energy industries. The acquisition will allow ICF to enhance the support they offer both their public and private sector clients in Europe.
