Albion Venture Capital Trust merger

Our Mergers & Acquisition team acted as sponsor to Albion Venture Capital Trust plc in connection with its merger with Albion Prime VCT plc. The merger will result in an enlarged company with net assets of over £40m. The merger was effected by a scheme of reconstruction.
