Bottomline Technologies is a leading provider of cloud-based payment, invoice and banking solutions and through these acquisitions has added two leading providers of financial messaging solutions utilising the SWIFT global messaging network on behalf of more than 350 customers across 20 different countries.
Although previously we had carried out a number of due diligence assignments for the Company, this deal represented a significant escalation in size compared to previous transactions. We acted as investigative accountants and mobilised the team to deliver reports that were well received by all parties under tight timescale.
