Our Mergers & Acquisitions team acted for Rose Bowl plc in connection with its recent issue of Debentures. The offering memorandum was approved by BDO as a financial promotion for the purposes of Section 21 of FSMA. Rose Bowl plc operates the Ageas Bowl, which is the home of Hampshire Cricket and is being developed into a world-class test match ground and international destination resort. The Debenture proceeds will be used towards the new 4 star hotel that is being built at the ground.
