Investment in Ross Trustees by LDC

The BDO Midlands Transaction Services team has provided financial and taxation due diligence to LDC in support of its investment in professional trustee and pensions support service business Ross Trustees.

Established in 2010 by founder Steven Ross, Ross Trustees employees over 45 dedicated professionals and supports in excess of 100 pension schemes through the provision of professional trustees and support services as well as pension manager and secretariat services.

LDC's investment will support the existing management team in expanding its service and client offering, meeting the demands of the evolving pension regulatory environment and increased corporate and business restructuring activity.
