IPO of CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings Plc on AIM

The BDO Capital Markets team acted as reporting accountant on the flotation of CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings plc.

CityFibre owns, builds and operates fibre optic infrastructure and is the largest independent provider of fibre infrastructure to mid-sized cities and major towns in the UK. The IPO raised approximately £16.5m before expenses and, based on the placing price, had a market capitalisation on admission of £31.4m.  

CityFibre recently announced the creation of a joint venture with Sky and Talk Talk to deliver ultra-fast broadband services in York. Construction has also recently commenced on a pure fibre network to deliver Gigabit internet speeds to Peterborough’s business community.
