The BDO Transaction Services team acted as Reporting Accountant on the recent AIM IPO of Clinigen Group plc. Based in Burton-on-Trent, the Clinigen Group is a global provider of speciality pharmaceutical products and services. Its principal activities include CTS (global sourcing and supply of medicines for Clinical Trials), GAP (provision of consultancy, development and management services in respect of Global Access Programs to manage access to unlicensed, licensed or end-of-lifecycle products) and Products (the acquisition, in-licensing and supply of specialist hospital-only medicines).
The IPO marked the first IPO of a UK pharmaceutical company since 2007. It also marked the seventh AIM IPO on which BDO has acted as Reporting Accountant in 2012, reinforcing our market-leading credentials in this area.
