GBGI, whose head office is in Orange County, California, is an audit client of BDO USA and provides international benefits insurance in over 120 jurisdictions focusing on providing tailored insurance products to corporates, non-profit organisations, high net worth individuals, international students and executive travellers. The money will be used to pay down debt and help strengthen the company’s balance sheet, enabling it to take on more of the risk for the premiums it writes. The transaction adds to our great AIM credentials and further strengthens our credentials in the financial services sector. We acted as reporting accountant and provided IT due diligence on the transaction.
