IPO of JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited

BDO acted as Sponsor to JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets on its recent IPO as a new investment company to the premium segment of the Official List. The IPO raised funds by way of an initial placing, open offer and twelve month placing programme.

The Company is managed by JPMorgan Asset Management and provides access through the capital markets to underlying private global real asset strategies investing across Infrastructure, Real Estate and Transport as well as some liquid listed asssest in these sectors.  

At the IPO, the Company raised £148.9 million.
