The SR Group is a leading recruiter of senior legal, HR & taxation professionals operating under various specialist brands including Taylor Root, Carter Murray, Fraser Jones & Brewer Morris. The company is headquartered in London with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai. BDO’s London M&A team led the deal from start to completion and were supported throughout by the London tax team.
