Merger of Active Care Group and The Huntercombe Group

BDO provided sector led vendor due diligence in relation to the merger of The Huntercombe Group and Active Care Group.

The merger deal secures 14 freehold properties and c.390 service users, adding a mental health specialism to The Active Care Group’s already strong learning disability and neurological injury specialisms. The deal places the group on a strong footing, with significant synergies and organic growth anticipated in 2022 as a result of the businesses coming together.
