BDO undertook financial and tax due diligence for Radian Group in connection with its merger with Yarlington Housing Group.
The Radian Group and Yarlington Housing Group are each registered providers of social housing and have merged to create an organisation that manages 38,000 homes across the South and South West of England.
The Board expects that by working together the combined organisation will be able to deliver an additional 10,000 homes over the next 10 years, and be able to invest more in the communities in which it works.
