Merger with Whitebalance by S4 Capital Plc

S4 Capital, the digital advertisting and marketing services group founded by Sir Martin Sorrell, has finalised the merger with Whitebalance. 

Founded in 2010 by Robert Godinho WhiteBalance produces feature films, commercials and documentaries to high-end digital content. The 65 people strong WhiteBalance is based in Delhi but will be ramping up its presence in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence and tax structuring to S4 Capital Plc on the merger with  Whitebalance.
